Five Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops

New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley removed more than a dozen drivers from area roadways for allegedly driving while impaired or intoxicated.

Westchester County

  • On Friday, Jan. 18, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Nancy Joyce, 54, of Somers, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 202 in Somers, when she caused a motor vehicle crash that resulted in an injury. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
  • On Friday, Jan. 18, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Krystle R. Fernandez, 29, of Cortlandt, for DWI. She was traveling on Route 22 in Milan, when she was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and she was subsequently arrested.
  • On Friday, Jan. 18, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Sergio F. Granda Lliguipuma, 33, of Peekskill, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle, a felony. He was traveling on Highland Avenue in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Jan. 19, State Police troopers from Somers arrested Nathan S. Prince, 28, of Somers, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 202 in Somers, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Jan. 20, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Milton E. Ramos Vasquez, 28, of Mount Kisco, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9A in Buchanan, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.

  • On Friday, Jan. 18, State Police troopers from Rhinebeck arrested Richard P. Longo, 69, of Milan, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 199 in Milan, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Jan. 19, State Police troopers from Dover Plains arrested Felipe Morales Moreno, 69, of Milan, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Jan. 19, State Police troopers from Lagrange arrested Michael J. Magill, 25, of Beekman, for DWAI Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on Noxon Road in LaGrange, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Jan. 19, State Police troopers from Poughkeepsie arrested Joseph P. Horesky, 22, of Washington, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Sharon Turnpike in Washington, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Jan. 21, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested John R. Maglio, 29, of Fishkill, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 52 in Fishkill, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
